 What sports are we practicing? Hi! My name is Andrea, and today I am at the Old Yankee Stadium, in New York. I am playing a volleyball match against the Raccoons. I am super excited because my team is taking advantage of our rival, and the public is cheering us. This makes me happy because I realize that my efforts are worthy. When my game is over, I will go to the Olympic pool that is downstairs to support my friend, right now she must be preparing to compete. I hope you enjoy the game. Positive and negative aspects of sports

What do you think is positive about practicing sports?   Sports bring a bunch of benefits with them; the most common ones are: •Development of coordination. Cricket, for example, helps you develop eye-hand coordination. •Production of stamina. •Strength of body muscles. Each sport will help you to strength a specific part of the body, for example, soccer and hockey will help you to strength your legs. •Improvement of concentration. Soccer and chess are some of the sports which improve your concentration. •Lose of weight and burn of calories. •Have a better posture. •Practicing sports helps to relax, like chess. •When you practice sports, you improve your breathing: the use of oxygen.
